My great grandfather recently passed and I inherited his wedding ring. It had some wear and tear and a couple sizes too small so I took it up here and had them resize it and clean it up. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. They definitely earned my business and I will be using them from here on out. Thank y’all so much!!

I have been to this store on several occasions over the years for specific repairs or unique gifts. Each time, I’ve always had excellent service. Fast forward several years and this same jeweler is designing a custom wedding band for my daughter, using diamonds from a pendant my husband gifted to me when we were just a young married couple. Such craftsmanship and genius design! It thrills our hearts to see this jewelry living on with the next generation. It is such a special honor to see it on her hand! How thoughtful of the groom, our new son in law, to honor her…to honor us in such an extravagant way! Happy tears in our eyes and cheers in our hearts to the jeweler that made it all happen! These people are so helpful and kind I have taken my watch there twice. Once to get it fitted for my wrist and another time because it needed a pin. they are very generous and kind. thank you so much for your help ☺️much appreciated

This place is absolutely amazing. I went in to fix my boyfriend’s watch, and within 10 minutes she had it fixed. Absolutely recommend this place

My mom had given me her engagement ring from her ex-husband. It was a very, very nice ring that we wouldn’t get hardly anything for selling compared to when it was new. I tossed around proposing with the same ring, but I really wanted to take the stones out and repurpose them in a new setting. I decided to stop by Terry’s store, and am so excited that I did. The work he did blew me away, and Laura was always great to deal with as well. We stopped back by a couple days ago to get it cleaned and checked over, as well as to get resized. We were told three weeks minimum, but Laura had noticed my fiancé was a little upset to not have it for that long, and since we were returning customers, they expedited it for us and we got it back today. Incredible gesture, and that is a great way to keep customers. I will be returning soon to get more custom jewelry done!

WOW! Needed a couple links taken out, took about 3 minutes! Didn't even charge me! I'll be coming back to this place!!! UPDATE: Got beautiful gold Invicta watch for Christmas and again Loretta took care of me! Best jewelry store EVER!!
